About the Firm

​

HAGHI LAW LLC is a full service law firm specializing in real estate matters and foreclosure defense. Zubin Haghi holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark. He is admitted to the State Bar of New Jersey.

​

He is experienced in real estate matters, business, and finance, as well as practicing law with a focus on foreclosures and real estate law.

​

Mr. Haghi is proud to serve as a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the Township of Cedar Grove.

​

Prior to Law School, Mr. Haghi worked in finance and in the treasury department of one of the largest insurers in the world. He also worked with real estate developers and builders, gaining great knowledge of real estate transactions, financing, construction, and management.

 

Following Law School, he served as a Law Clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court - Chancery Division of Essex County, gaining experience in the Courts and on a variety of matters including foreclosures, in one of the busiest Vicinages in the State.

 

Mr. Haghi then went on to serve as an attorney representing some of the largest lenders in the country prior to shifting gears and now serving consumer debtors, homeowners, and business owners.

 

Having seen every aspect of creditor-debtor disputes, including a tremendous number of foreclosures, Mr. Haghi understands the issues faced by homeowners and the paths to success.

Helping homeowners and business owners overcome these obstacles and succeed is a source of great satisfaction to him.
